Barry O’Connor
(55), BBS, FCA. Managing Director

Mr O’Connor joined the Group in 1988, was appointed to the Group Board in 1992 and appointed Managing Director in May 1994. His previous career was with ICC Bank and Coopers and Lybrand Chartered Accountants. He is also a Director of Mater Campus Hospital Development Ltd.

Daniel P. McInerney
(49), BSc, ASCS, MRICS, MCIOB.

Mr McInerney is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and a Chartered Builder by profession and Managing Director of Hillview Developments Ltd since 1990. His previous career has involved experience of construction and property both with the Group and in private practice with Bucknall plc in the UK. He was appointed to the Group Board in 1994.

Enda Cunningham
(46), BComm, FCA.

Mr Cunningham joined McInerney Holdings plc in November 2004 as Group Finance Director. He also has responsibility for the Group's acquisition strategy. He previously held the position of Group Finance Director with Athlone Extrusions plc and Barlo Packaging. During his career, he held senior positions with Capital Leasing Group plc and Deloitte and Touche. Mr Cunningham is also a Director of Athlone Extrusions Investment Management Ltd. He was appointed to the Group Board in 2005.
