Mr Sullivan is Chairman of Greencore plc and Eircom Ltd. He is a former Chief Executive of international food company Glanbia plc and held a number of senior management positions in Grand Metropolitan plc in Dublin and London. He was appointed to the Group Board in 2003.

Michael J. Leece OBE
(64), CEng, FIMarEST, FIMechE. (British)

Mr Leece has more than 30 years management and engineering experience across a number of relevant industry sectors. He currently runs his own consultancy company. He was appointed to the Group Board in 2002.

Brendan P. Gilmore
(63), FCA, AITA. Senior Independent Director

Mr Gilmore, a chartered accountant, is a former Chairman and Chief Executive of Arcon International Resources plc. He has extensive commercial experience spanning 30 years both as an audit partner in Horwath Bastow Charleton and later in mergers, acquisitions and general financial consultancy services through his consultancy practice, Gilmore and Associates. He was appointed to the Group Board in 2003.

Donal Roche
(57), MA, LLB.
Mr Roche, a qualified solicitor, is currently Chairman of Covestone Asset Management Ltd, Barclays Bank Ireland plc and DPS Construction Engineering Ltd. He is a former Chairman of Appian Asset Management Ltd and was previously Managing Partner and Head of the Commercial and Corporate Finance Group at Matheson Ormsby Prentice Solicitors. He was appointed to the Group Board in 2005.

Oliver O’Mahony
(64), FFA.

Mr O’Mahony, a financial accountant, is a former Chief Executive of the Bowen Group. He has extensive experience in the UK and Irish construction sectors spanning some 35 years. A past President of the Construction Industry Federation, he has extensive commercial interests in retail property in Ireland and the UK. He was appointed to the Group Board in 2005.
