Board Performance
The performance of each Director, the composition of the Board and its committees, and the relationship between one and the other, are continually and formally evaluated by the Chairman. The evaluation takes account of the overall contribution to the business and the attendance at meetings of each Director and the balance of experience of the Board as a whole. The Chairman's performance is formally evaluated annually by the other Non-Executive Directors.
