Ireland

McInerney Homes is our Irish homebuilding brand and has been providing homes in Ireland for over 100 years. We are Ireland's largest national house builder with a reputation in the market for quality homes, innovative design and excellence in service. On average each year, we operate on over 30 development sites delivering homes in key areas of housing demand across the Mid West and South West, the South East and Leinster areas. We have a significant land bank in Ireland which provides for a progressive pipeline of construction. We have regional offices in Cork, Limerick and Waterford.

UK

In recent years, the objective to successfully expand the company's operational footprint in the UK has been realised. McInerney Homes UK has now grown to become a significant volume house builder across the North and Midlands of England. Since 1999, the business has expanded operations organically and through the acquisition of six UK housing companies. We currently have over 30 sites across six regions namely, North; North West; North East; Yorkshire; West Midlands and South Midlands.

Spain

We have been active in the Marbella region of Spain since 1987. Alanda Group, our brand in that market, operates in the property leisure sector providing luxury freehold apartments, holiday rentals and resort management in the Costa Del Sol region.
