McInerney Holdings plc has published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2009. It is available to view on the Company website at: http://www.mcinerneyholdings.eu.

The Company’s Annual General Meeting will place at 12 noon on Wednesday, 12 May 2010 in Bewleys Hotel, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4.

An Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company will also be held at Bewleys Hotel, Dublin 4, Ireland, on Wednesday 12 May 2010 at 12.15pm (or immediately after the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting). The EGM has been called pursuant to Section 40 (1) of the Companies (Amendment) Act 1983 for the purpose of considering the situation which has arisen whereby the net assets of the Company are half or less of the amount of the called up share capital and to consider whether any, and if so what, measures should be taken to deal with the situation.
