New Board Member

McInerney Holdings plc today announced the appointment of Enda Cunningham as Executive Director to its Board with immediate effect.

Mr. Cunningham (42) joined the management team at McInerney Holdings plc as Group Financial Director earlier this year, having previously held the position of Group Finance Director with Athlone Extrusions plc. Mr. Cunningham spent over a decade at Athlone Extrusions where he oversaw the company's successful IPO and subsequent flotation on the Dublin and London Stock Exchanges in 1998. He was also closely involved in the acquisition of Athlone Extrusions by both the Barlo Group in 2001 and the Quinn Group in 2004.

Mr. Cunningham also previously held the positions of Financial Accountant with Capital Leasing Group plc and Senior Auditor with Deloitte and Touche. He holds a B. Comm and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
